Our Performance Academy was set up in 2019 and is a long term plan to develop our talented players and teams to reach higher level netball. We very much support and believe in developing individuals to be the best they can be, whether that be Club, County, Super League Franchise or above, and in developing our teams towards higher level league netball.

We have successfully supported more than 30 girls into the England Netball Performance Pathway for the last three seasons. Players are training with London Mavericks U11, U12, U13 & U15, Cambridge County Academies, and U13 and U15 Essex County Academies. Our U14 & U16 Performance Squads play in the East Region Youth League. All our Performance Squads play in Division 1 of the Chelmsford District Junior Netball League and Turnford Junior Summer League.

Our Performance Programme is supported by a strength and conditioning specialist who delivers a bi-weekly session, and home support programme.

Our Performance Academy is for those players selected through Annual Open Trials or SWAN players invited by their coach.
